Roles can be selected in the related Exact Globe Next modules by clicking the icon under the Rights section, in the Rights tab.
Alternatively, roles can be selected by opening a person’s card and clicking the icon under the Rights section, in the Rights tab.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to select all roles.
Click this to remove the selection of all roles.
Click this to assign the selected roles to the relevant person.
Click this to save the assigned role(s) to the relevant person.
Click this to exit.
Click this to assign a role to the relevant person.
Click this to edit a role that has been assigned to the relevant person.
Click this to remove a role that has been assigned to the relevant person.
Click this copy the user rights of a role to a person.
